Whether we are working from existing plans or developing from the ground up it is vital that the end product be the home of your dreams. This starts with a fully realized budget and timeline. Before the build we will go over the different building systems available and make the best choices for your needs. Using that data we build an accurate work schedule and draft budget for your approval. Moving forward the relationship between home owner and builder is one of the most important aspects of a great build, were in regular contact with you through the entire process. Before long we’ll hand you a set of keys and you can move into the home you’ve always wanted.

We answer the call for increased accountability in building with our open billing and budgets. Every cost is documented and explained as construction is ongoing, we take no commission from sub-trades and don’t mark-up materials from suppliers. Our fee is negotiated with you before the job begins and is rolled out as work progresses. If at any point you have a concern it can be handled immediately without any risk of you having paid for uncompleted work.

We love it when folks want to visit our current sites or recently finished homes that way prospective clients can see and feel the work we do before making the decision themselves.

Founder and president, Sander Hunfeld, started working in the commercial construction industry at the age of 16. After earning his journeyman ticket in carpentry, Sander turned his focus to the residential market, where his creativity and keen sense of craftsman’s pride led to increasingly innovative and elegant results.

Sensibility however, was never out of scope. Sustainable building practices, including the recommendation of energy efficient systems, the use of environmentally friendly construction materials, and local purchasing, are standard policy for Hunfeld.

We are active members of the Canadain Home Builders Association the Homeowner Protection Office, The Better Bussiness Beauro and BuiltGreen BC and are pround to offer the 2-5-10 warranty program.
