Hunfeld Industries Ltd. has been building distinctive, high quality homes for discerning British Columbians since 2001.

Founder and president, Sander Hunfeld, started working in the commercial construction industry at the age of 16. After earning his journeyman ticket in carpentry, Sander turned his focus to the residential market, where his creativity and keen sense of craftsman’s pride led to increasingly innovative and elegant results.

Sensibility however, was never out of scope. Sustainable building practices, including the recommendation of energy efficient systems, the use of environmentally friendly construction materials, and local purchasing, are standard policy for Hunfeld; as is providing the best possible product for a fair price.

Hunfeld’s predesigned homes have sold within a month of construction, some well before completion. Custom home projects have been met with enthusiasm and gratitude; renovation clients amazed with their “new” homes.

Hunfeld Industries has a core team of six permanent staff, complimented by hand picked industry professionals.

Hunfeld Industries Ltd is a registered builder with the Home Owner Protection office, and is proud to offer the benefits of the “2/5/10" warranty.

A Message from the President

While it is true that a house is a major financial investment for most people, a home is so much more than that. A home is where we play with our children, celebrate with our relatives, laugh with our friends.

I have never considered myself a house builder. There would be no satisfaction for me in that. What I love most about my work is the creative challenge of designing and building a home that is perfectly suited to the unique lives of its residents.
